Individual, Couples and Family Support Services
We do offer crisis support as part of our mentorship and care approach. However, we are not a 24/7 emergency crisis center and do not replace immediate medical or psychiatric intervention when needed.
If you or someone you love is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please contact local emergency services, go to the nearest emergency department, or call 911.
For immediate, confidential support, you can also call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.
As part of your ongoing care, we can help stabilize acute moments, offer grounding practices, and connect you to additional local crisis resources or longer-term clinical care. We believe in holding space through challenging times, while also honoring the importance of medical and community safety.

Sacred Elders
You’ve spent a lifetime showing up for others.
You’ve raised children, supported partners, built careers, held families together, and stepped in when others couldn’t. You’ve been the rock, the steady hand, the quiet strength behind generations.
And now... maybe you’re navigating a new chapter.
You may have recently lost a beloved partner.
You may be caring for your grandchildren or supporting adult children through hard seasons.
You may be exploring what life looks like in retirement—or finding that it’s not quite what you expected.
You may even be stepping back into the workforce, seeking meaningful work after years of service to others.
Wherever you are, this moment is yours.
This is your time.
At Sacred Youth and Families, we see this chapter not as an ending, but as a sacred beginning. A time to turn inward, reclaim your voice, rediscover your joy, and be deeply supported while you write the next part of your story—with intention, with wisdom, and with soul.

Community Care for Transition Age Youth
Support for Emerging Adults (Ages 18–26)
Aging out of the system doesn’t mean aging out of support.
Many young adults leaving foster care, juvenile justice, or trafficking systems are expected to step into adulthood without the tools, healing, or community they need — and often without ever having experienced true safety.
At Sacred Youth and Families, we provide mentorship, advocacy, and trauma-informed spiritual support during this critical life stage. We understand that unhealed trauma can lead to recidivism, addiction, homelessness, and cycles of violence or re-exploitation.
For many, returning home after being away is a major transition — not just for them, but for the whole family. Reunification can be emotional and challenging, and we offer support that helps families reconnect and rebuild trust together.
We also bring on-site mentorship to halfway homes and transitional housing programs, providing healing practices right where young adults are living and rebuilding.
We create a safe, grounding space to restore balance, nurture identity and self-trust, and foster authentic connection — all without judgment or labels. This isn’t therapy. It’s relationship-based mentorship that honors your story and walks beside you as you reclaim your path forward.
Our Support Includes:
Trauma-informed mentorship and emotional guidance
Support with grief, identity, and systemic harm
Family reunification and home transition coaching
Self-advocacy and relationship skill-building
Help navigating housing, education, and reentry
Grounding tools, meditation, and inner work
Nature-based practices for all environments
On-site support in transitional living settings
