Sacred Youth and Families operates as a DBA (Doing Business As) under Charlie Company, a registered business entity in the State of Washington EIN: 88-3940808 , UBI: 604-742-560.

Charlie Company was originally formed with the intention of becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on trauma recovery, and government systemic abuse healing. This process was paused due to our founder's health journey but remains part of our future vision.

At this time, Charlie Company is not a registered nonprofit with the IRS, and we do not solicit or accept tax-deductible donations. All services and offerings through Sacred Youth and Families are independently supported and sustained with transparency, integrity, and care.

Our Structure & Services

Sacred Youth and Families provides trauma-informed mentorship, spiritual guidance, and holistic healing services under this DBA structure. We offer both in-person and online services to support youth, families, and, individuals healing from:

• Systemic abuse and institutional betrayal

• Childhood trauma and identity disruption

• Spiritual wounding and grief

• Burnout and compassion fatigue

To remain accessible and sustainable, Sacred Youth and Families operates on a membership-based model, with affordable pricing tiers that provide access to ongoing support, tools for self-healing, and a safe space for soul-level transformation.

Our Future Vision

We view this agency as a living work in progress. Our path is guided by spirit, grounded in lived experience, and rooted in the deep belief that healing is not a fix—it is a remembering. As we grow, we intend to complete the formal nonprofit registration process for Charlie Company to expand access, impact, and collective care.
