Meet Jill S. Howard, MSW
Founder of Sacred Youth and Families
Hello! I’m Jill — a mentor, a witness, and a guide for those ready to live free from the effects of trauma and a desire to live a heart centered life of joy and stability.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work and years spent walking alongside youth and families through the hardest chapters of their stories, I founded Sacred Youth and Families to create something different — a healing space grounded not in systems, but in spirit, truth, and connection to what is sacred.
Throughout my work, I have witnessed that true healing doesn't happen through labels or checklists. It happens when we are seen, heard, and gently guided back to the innate wisdom within us — and when we reconnect to the natural world that has always held us.
At Sacred Youth and Families, healing is not only internal; it is relational — with ourselves, with each other, and with the land. We use Idaho’s grand forests, rivers, and mountains as living mirrors for resilience, grounding, and renewal. Nature becomes a co-mentor, offering space to remember who we were before the world told us otherwise.
Our approach is also deeply informed by a recognition of neurodiversity — honoring the many ways minds and spirits express themselves in this world. We hold space for all neurotypes, understanding that healing looks different for each person, and that emotional, cognitive, and sensory experiences are as unique as fingerprints.
Here, we do the sacred work of healing childhood wounds, releasing religious shame, restoring relationships, embracing neurodivergent ways of being, and reclaiming the deep belonging every soul deserves — within their heart and within the world around them.
If you're ready to walk your own path back to wholeness, you are welcome here.
It would be my honor to walk beside you.
